Hastings and Prince Edward Developmental Service Providers Focus Group
Community Living Belleville and Area belongs to a regional network of developmental service agencies. The Hastings and Prince Edward Developmental Service Providers Focus Group is comprised of ten (10) member agencies and the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. The group meets on a monthly basis to share information and collaborate efforts on behalf of people with intellectual disabilities. This network of agencies has developed a collaborative "Access to Services" model, whereby individuals and families can contact any of the ten agencies to request support. The agency contacted then assists the person or family in their efforts to access appropriate services.
